Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. We will try our best to provide the suitable services for our clients. In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
Since we are providing the Software as a Service on Pay as you Go model, therefore any subscription service will be stand cancelled on non-receipt of payment when it is due.
Clients can also request for cancellation of their subscription by dropping a mail to email@example.com
In case any client is not completely satisfied with our services, we can provide a refund.
For refund, a request must be placed to the Company within 15 days of the date of the transaction for Annual Plans and Within 24 hours of the date of the transaction for other plans.
Refund will be issued to the account details provided by user in the refund request. Refund request will not be processed if received after the above timelines.
