   DLIMS is hosted on a remote server somewhere in the internet cloud and allows the authorized users to access and run the utility with the help of an ordinary low cost PC having a web browser. All the transactions like Acquisition, Circulation, Periodicals Management (PMS), Reports Management etc. are performed as if the entire application is running on the local desk.


3. How secure is the database in hosted mode?
   The database is stored on the remote server which is highly secured and managed centrally that cannot be accessed by anyone without authorized permission.
